Guest rooms and suites at the Bill Hahn Lodge, Hotel & Library Buildings are furnished with touch-tone telephone, data communication port, individual climate control, and color television , remote control, clock radio and private bath.

Loft and Garden Villa suite, each with full living room, dining room, and working fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop and microwave, outdoor deck, touch tone phone, individual climate control, color television & VCR.

Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
Check-out Time: 12:00 noon

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
No deposits required. Except for weekly stays New Year's Eve.

ROOM RATE:
If staying multiple nights, the room rate reflects your nightly room rates averaged over the length of your stay.

OCCUPANCY TAX:
There is a 12% occupancy tax (subject to change).

DAILY RESORT CHARGE:
A $1.50 per day housekeeping charge will be added to your room rate

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged one night's room rate. Except for stays between 6/22 - 8/31; then seven days prior to your arrival date. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available for the agent.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. If you arrive prior to 3:00 pm, we request that you check your luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy our restaurants, beaches and pool areas until your room becomes available.

SMOKING POLICY:
Effective immediately, there is no smoking on guest room balconies. In addition, smoking is prohibited on pool decks. Guests may smoke in most other outdoor areas.
