Before escaping to our Connecticut spa hotel and indulging in our plentitude of treatments and services, please review our Spa FAQs. We are assured you will consider us the premier choice in New England spa resorts and we are confident you will return again whenever you are in need of a restorative experience. Q. What are the spa hours?

A. Sun-Thurs 9:00am-8:00pm and Fri & Sat 9:00am-9:00pm.

Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. You call the spa directly at (860) 399-5901 and dial Ext. 2068 from any house phone. A credit card is needed to hold your reservation.

Q. When should I check in?

A. We recommend enjoying the Spa facilities prior to your service. Please arrive at the Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment. During this time, you may relax in our Relaxation Room. Prior to any service, please inform us of pregnancy, any special medical conditions, allergies or medications that you may be taking.

Q. Is gratuity included in the price?

A. Gratuity is included in the price of regular Spa services. If you wish to show your appreciation, you may add a gratuity on the indicated area of the service receipt. A 18% service charge is added to all Spa Packages.

Q. What forms of payment does the spa accept?

A. You may charge your services to your room. We also honor cash and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment or cancel less then 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full price for reserved services. In order to honor each guest's experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of their appointment. All Spa Packages or multiple treatments require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and will be charged an 18% gratuity.

Q. Can teens enjoy the spa?

A. Teens aged 18 are welcome in the Spa. Female teens will receive service from female Massage Therapists and male teens will receive service from male Massage Therapists. For teens under 18, a parent must be on premise and provide consent for a teen spa service.

Q. Does the spa offer a fitness center?

A. Open daily, the Fitness Center offers a selection of cardiovascular and strength equipment. Minors ages 15-17 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 15 years of age are not permitted. No appointment is necessary for use of the Fitness Center.
